Terms of Our Service
A 4-ton allotment applies to the 30-yard containers, 3 tons to the 20 yd, & a 1-ton allotment for the 10 yd container. The $75 / ton rate will be charged if exceeded. Heavy materials such as Dirt, Rock, Brick, Asphalt, or Concrete are only allowed in 20 yd containers ½ full for safety & DOT regulations. A driver may refuse to pick up overloaded, overweight containers. Trip charge & relocation fees apply ($150) based on mileage; all rates are based on current operations costs, and landfill fees & are subject to change with a notice. Sitting fees may apply to inactive containers.
Not allowed in containers – No hazardous waste, tires, car batteries, mattresses, oil, paint, railroad ties & no food garbage. The customer acknowledges the care, custody, and control of container(s) & accepts responsibility of container(s) and its contents. The customer shall pay amounts agreed on proposal. Oral adjustment in price or payment terms must be confirmed in writing. The customer shall provide a right of way to and from a container(s), surface must be sufficient to bear the weight of the contractor’s equipment and vehicles.
We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities or the cracking/breaking of driveways or sidewalks due to large equipment. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Waste, Inc. from any and all damages to underground utility lines/pipes, and driveways/sidewalks on the project site or access areas.
