Dumpster Rental Restrictions

Don't overload the dumpster. For road safety concerns, our drivers cannot pick up a dumpster rental loaded over the top. Trash should not be loaded above the top or over the sides of the dumpster.
We do allow for yard debris, but we cannot accept it mixed with construction and demolition or household garbage.
Appliances are ok to put in the dumpster and have no additional charge unless they have Freon. Sofas, TVs, and furniture are allowed at no charge
We don’t accept paint, unless the cans or containers are emptied, lids removed and dry. You can put sand in them to dry.
Mattresses, Appliances with Freon, and tires are not allowed, there will be additional fees if found or we will refuse to remove dumpster.
No food waste (household garbage) or liquids allowed in any of our dumpsters. We can refuse to remove the dumpster or additional fees will be charged.
Nothing hazardous or flammable.
No automotive batteries or engines that contain fuel or oil.
No stumps, railroad ties, lacquers, oils, asbestos, medical waste, contaminated soils & absorbents, inks & resins, industrial drums, fuels, adhesives, and refrigerants.

Note: Please do not park in front of the dumpster on the day that it will be picked up. Please do not overfill the dumpster beyond the top rim. It makes it hard for us to tarp and provides a hazard going down the road and violates DOT guidelines.
